The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) decided to pay Rp3.815 trillion as of the final dividend for the 2020 financial year from the current year's profit of Rp7.164 trillion.

The final dividend payment will be paid on June 24, 2021, according to Unilever's official statement on Friday (28/5).

The Annual GMS also approved the dismissal of Independent Commissioners Erry Firmansyah and Hikmahanto Juwana and appointed Alissa Wahid and Fauzi Ikhsan as their replacements.

Thus, the composition of the Board of Commissioners is the President Commissioner, Hemant Bakshi, and the Independent Commissioners Alissa Wahid, Fauzi Ikhsan, Ignatius Jonan, Debora Herawati Sandrach.

Meanwhile, the board of directors has not changed.
