PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk (UCID) established a business entity called PT Unicharm Trading Indonesia, which engages in wholesale trading of medical devices and household supplies.

President Director of Uni-Charm Indonesia, Yuji Ishii, said the authorized capital and issued capital were Rp10 billion and Rp2.5 billion, respectively.

"The company controls 99.9% of shares or equivalent to Rp2.497 billion in the business entity, while PT Unicharm NonWoven Indonesia owns 0.1% of shares," the IDX information disclosure said on Wednesday (2/6).

The reason for the establishment of this business entity is to support the company's business activities.
