PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) in the first quarter of 2021 posted a net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity reaching Rp194.38 billion, an increase of 130.14% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp84.46 billion.

Based on the financial report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (28/6), the increase in profit was supported by operating revenues of Rp. 3.49 trillion, an increase of 26.44% (YoY) compared to the same period in the previous year of Rp. 2.76 trillion.

The majority of TBLA's operating revenues came from the manufacturing segment, with a value of Rp4.84 trillion in the first quarter of 2021, followed by revenues from the plantation segment of Rp226.36 billion. The total of these revenues was then reduced by Rp1.57 trillion.

As of the first quarter of 2021, the company's total assets were recorded at Rp19.63 trillion or grew 1.02% compared to December 2020 of Rp19.43 trillion.
