The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) approved the distribution of dividends for the 2020 financial year of Rp. 25 per share or a total of Rp. 131.92 billion.

"In addition to distributing dividends, the company has set Rp500 million from last year's net profit for reserve funds. Meanwhile, the remaining net profit after deducting dividends and reserve funds is determined as retained earnings," said management in a statement, Wednesday (4/8).

The company also determines cum and ex-dividends in the regular market and negotiations on August 9-11, 2021. Meanwhile, cum and ex-dividends in the cash market on August 12-13, 2021.

The company will make dividend payments on September 2, 2021.
