The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL) agreed to distribute dividends totaling Rp507.5 million from the unspecified retained earnings.

PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk Corporate Secretary R Nurwulan Kusumawati said that BELL has agreed to distribute dividends to shareholders from unspecified retained earnings through this AGM.

"It is hoped that BELL can continue to consistently pay dividends along with better performance growth in the future through the support of various stakeholders," he said on Thursday (27/5).

The AGMS also approved BELL's annual report and financial report for the 2020 financial year, a work plan for 2021, appointment of a Public Accountant, amendments to the Articles of Association, and approval of the determination of salaries and benefits for the Directors and Commissioners.
