PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk set an initial public offering (IPO) price of Rp100 per share.

KSEI's disclosure of information, Monday (19/7), the company will issue 500 million units of IPO shares.

Trimegah Karya Pratama has also received an effective statement from the OJK on July 15, 2021. Accordingly, the public offering period will take place on July 19-23, 2021, allotment on July 26, 2021, and listing on the IDX on July 27, 2021.

In implementing the IPO, the company appointed Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia along with NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia and Surya Fajar Sekuritas as the underwriter of the issuance

Simultaneously, the company also issued 250 million series I warrants, including the company's new shares or 16.67% of the total issued and fully paid shares at the time of the registration statement.

The exercise price for warrants is Rp350, with the exercise period for series I warrant being January 28, 2022-July 2
