PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk recorded the volume of digital channel transactions during the first quarter of 2021 to reach Rp40.85 trillion, with the most significant contribution coming from transactions through BSI Mobile services, which rose 82.53% on an annual basis (YoY).

During January-March 2021, BSI Mobile's transaction volume reached Rp17.3 trillion. The accumulated transactions from the platform amounted to 14.65 million, up 72.35% YoY.

In general, the increase in the volume of transactions through the BSI digital banking channel until March 2021 increased by 43.3% YoY. Apart from being contributed by BSI Mobile transactions (42%), this increase was also supported by customer activity on internet banking channels (24%), debit/credit cards (17%), and ATMs (14%).
