Jakarta - PT Tower Bersama Infrastruktur Tbk (TOWR) provided loans to business entities worth Rp2.2 trillion, consisting of Rp859.95 billion to PT Solusindo Kreasi Pratama (SKP) and Rp1.34 trillion to PT Tower Bersama (TB).

"The loan is a form of funding from PUB sustainable bonds V phase IV 2022," said Director of TBIG Helmy Yusman Santoso, as quoted in the IDX information disclosure in Jakarta, Tuesday (8/16).

The loan facilities to SKP are divided into series A of Rp577.97 billion, which matures on August 21, 2023, and series B of Rp281.98 billion with a tenor of up to August 11, 2025.

Meanwhile, loans to TB consist of two series, series A worth Rp900.63 billion with a tenor until August 21, 2023, and Series B worth Rp439.40 billion with a tenor until August 11, 2025.
