PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) has budgeted a capital expenditure (Capex) of Rp2 trillion this year to add towers and prepare infrastructure for the use of 5G technology.

TBIG Finance Director Helmy Yusman said the addition of towers and preparation of the 5G infrastructure would contribute to good performance growth compared to 2020.

"It is hoped that in 2021, the revenue will have double digits," he said on Monday (31/5).

With the need to carry out work and school activities from home, Helmy added that his party is targeting an additional 7,400 tenants this year.

"Of the 7,400 tenants, 4,000 of them will come from the acquisition of 3,000 towers belonging to PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST)," he said.
