Jakarta - Temasek Holding (Private) Limited, through its central business, Anderson Investments Pte Ltd, announced the release of 69.83 million shares of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA).

Anderson Investments Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek. Therefore, Temasek indirectly has an interest in the shares owned by Anderson Investments Pte Ltd.

Temasek officials conveyed this under Lee Ai Ling in information on Tuesday (25/1).

MPPA's share sale transactions have been carried out in stages from January 5, 2022, to January 14, 2022. The selling price ranges from Rp299-412 per share.

With this transaction, Anderson's share ownership in MPPA becomes 1.007 billion shares, representing 11.88% of 1.07 billion shares or 12.71%.
