Jakarta - PT Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia (Telkomsel) conducted affiliated transactions with a value of Rp.925.793 billion.

The transactions included the establishment of PT Fita Nusantara by PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital (TED) and PT Telkomsel Mitra Innovation (TMI) with a capital investment Rp146.920 billion, the establishment of PT Kuncie Pintar Nusantara by TED and TMI with equity participation of Rp162.270 billion.

Then, capital investment in debt and shares transferred (inbreng) from Telkomsel to TED worth Rp298,700 billion, capital investment in the form of shares transferred and money from TED to Fita worth Rp148,601 billion, and capital investment in the form of shares transferred from Telkomsel to Kuncie worth Rp169,302 billion.
