TBLA Buys Back Bonds Rp1 Trillion


Jakarta - PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) has realized the buyback of sustainable bonds I phase I in 2019 with a principal amount of Rp1 trillion, according to TBLA's official publication on Tuesday (23/11).

On November 22, 2021, TBLA has paid the bond buyback funds through KSEI's account.

The amount of funds used by TBLA to conduct bond buybacks was Rp1.013 trillion, with details of the number of bonds bought back at Rp1 trillion and gross interest on bonds bought back at Rp13.986 billion.

The completion of the bond buyback implementation is part of the management of the company's obligations by taking into account the principle of prudence.

The completion of the bond buyback is expected to support the business activities of the company/business entity in the long term in terms of operational activities, financial condition, and business continuity.
