Jakarta - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) sold 1.02 billion shares from the buyback of shares to Provident Consolidated Holdings Pte Ltd on April 25, 2022.

The price of the sale of the treasury shares is Rp3,200 per share. Thus, the amount of fund received from this transfer reached Rp3.28 trillion.

"The company has finished selling all of the shares from the company's repurchase after the sale of treasury shares," said TBIG Director Helmy Yusman Santoso in information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (4/27).
