Jakarta - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) has recorded marketing sales of 9 hectares of Suryacipta Karawang land worth US$11.5 million or Rp163 billion.

"The average selling price is US$127.5 per square meter," said SSIA VP Head of Investor Relations Erlin Budiman in a press release on Thursday (6/16).

Thus, SSIA has achieved 45% of the marketing-sales target this year from the Karawang area.

On June 6, 2022, SSIA successfully divested its warehousing business to Frasers Property Thailand (Indonesia) Pte. for a total of Rp562.2 billion.

"We believe that the divestment will strengthen SSIA's position to focus on Subang Smartpolitan," he added.
