Jakarta - PT Formasi Agung Selaras (FAS) has sold all of its shares in PT Jenaka Sumber Rejeki (JSR) to PT Sata Apurva Talenta Universa (SATU) as many as 104 series B shares for Rp3.199 billion.

The number of shares represents 50.98% of all issued and fully paid shares in JSR. The companies carried out this transaction based on the deed of sale and purchase and transfer of shares dated September 1, 2021.

"The reason for this transaction is to create synergy between the business activities of SATU and JSR," said SCMA Corporate Secretary Gilang Iskandar in an information disclosure submitted by the company to the IDX on Monday (6/9).

The transaction value does not exceed 0.5% of the paid-up capital of a public company or does not exceed Rp5 billion.

SATU and FAS are business entities of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SMCA).
