Jakarta - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) for January-September 2021 recorded a profit for the period attributable to owners of Rp170.44 billion, swinging from a loss of Rp12.25 billion the same period in the previous year.

Based on the financial report released Thursday (2/12), this increase was supported by net income growth of around 16.22% to Rp3.78 trillion, compared to the same period in 2020 of Rp3.26 trillion.

The company was also able to reduce other operating expenses by around 93.95% to Rp147.48 million from Rp2.44 billion.

Until the period ending September 2021, Summarecon's total assets reached Rp25.44 trillion with liabilities of Rp14.79 trillion and equity of Rp10.64 trillion.
