PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) set a cash dividend for the 2020 financial year of Rp299.52 billion, equivalent to Rp236 per share.

The company's disclosure of information submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) said the shareholders had approved the dividends at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which was held recently.

"Meanwhile, the company will distribute dividends to shareholders on May 20, 2021," said management, Thursday (6/5).

In 2020, the company achieved a net profit of Rp172.10 billion, and this number increased 45.07% from the same period the previous year, Rp118.70 billion. This net profit growth is in line with the company's sales increase of 19.27% to Rp 6.16 trillion, compared to 2019 valued at Rp5.04 trillion.
