SOE Minister Erick Thohir is optimistic that economic growth can reach 4-5% this year.

"We hope that with this vaccination acceleration, the economy can grow again. The government's prediction will grow again as in previous years, namely 4-5% at the end of the year," in his statement, Monday (31/5).

As of today, Indonesia received 8 million doses Sinovac vaccine in bulk. With this arrival, the total vaccine that Indonesia has received is 92.910 million doses, with 81.5 million of them in bulk form.

PT Bio Farma (Persero) will carry out the production process. Bio Farma has prepared a production capacity of 250 million doses of vaccine a year.

"Alhamdulillah, there are 26.9 million Indonesian people who have received the vaccine," he said.

He emphasized that currently, Indonesia is one of the highest countries in terms of vaccination in ASEAN.
