Jakarta - PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) offers coupon rates for bonds for the first phase of 2021, ranging from 6.75-8.75%.

According to the brief prospectus released on Monday (30/8), the Phase I bonds are offered in three series, namely Series A worth Rp507 billion with a coupon of 6.75% with a tenor of 370 days, Series B worth Rp79.7 billion with an 8% coupon and a term of 2 years. And series C worth Rp119 billion with a coupon of 8.75% and a tenor of 3 years.

The number of bonds phase I in 2021 issued is IDR 705.7 billion, which is part of the sustainable bonds program with a target of obtaining funds of Rp5 trillion.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the bond issuance of around Rp466.20 billion to increase its investment in PT Shinta Utama and Rp233.06 billion to increase its investment in PT Arthamas Solusindo.

The company has obtained a rating from PT Kredit Rating Indonesia to issue this bond, namely 'AA'.
