SILO, to Acquire Saputra Karya


Jakarta - PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) and PT Megapratama Karya Bersama (MKB) plan to buy shares owned by PT Wisma Jatim Propertindo (WJP) and PT Maharama Sakti (MS).

The company marked this step by signing a conditional share sale and purchase agreement (SPA) on October 12, 2022

SILO will take over 269.999 million shares in PT Saputra Karya (SK), owned by WJP, representing 99.99% of all issued and fully paid shares in SK.

Meanwhile, MKB acquired 100 shares in MS's SK, representing 0.01%.

"The total value of the planned transaction amounts to Rp305.520 billion," said Corporate Secretary Luffy Setia in information disclosure on Monday (10/17).

According to Luffy, the scheme will positively impact SILO and is in line with its business expansion plan.
