PT Siantar Top Tbk prepares to repay Rp 200 billion Bonds mature in April.

The Continuous Bonds I Phase II of 2016 series B on April 12, 2021, have the principal value of Rp 200 billion.

President Director of STTP, Agus Suhartanto, said that his party had prepared funds to pay off the debt securities.

"The company has prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on series B bonds to bondholders," he said in information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (18/1).

The funds amounting to Rp200 billion to pay off the bonds' principal were placed in STTP deposits.

Pefindo has just assigned Siantar Top's rating for Sustainable Bond I Phase II Series B in 2016 worth Rp 200 billion, Monday (11/1). The rating agency re-pinned the A + rating from January 11, 2021, to April 12, 2021.
