PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance (SESF), a finance company under the Astra Credit Companies (ACC) group, has obtained approval to change its business activities from a finance company to a digital service company.

President Director of CSDI Agung Waluyo Samadi said the change in SESF's business activities was intended to support digitization at ACC.

"CSDI will support the development of digital services in finance companies in the ACC group," in a written statement in Jakarta on Thursday (22/4).

This approval has been obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on a copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-17 / D.05 / 2021 concerning the revocation of the business license of the financing company PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance dated April 06, 2021, which is effective per January 01 2021.
