Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II managed to reduce the current year's loss rate attributable to owners in the first semester of 2022 by around 48.66%, to Rp824.667 billion, from Rp1.606 trillion in the same period last year.

The company's financial report released on Monday (8/8) showed that AP II's higher operating income of around 26.20% to Rp3,506 trillion from Rp2,778 trillion supported the performance.

The company also reduced losses in operating expenses by more than 88.22% to Rp98.525 billion from Rp836.975 billion.

The rate of operating expenses was successfully managed, which increased only about 0.2% to Rp3.605 trillion from Rp3.625 trillion.

At the end of June 2022, AP II's total assets were at Rp41.409 trillion, with liabilities of Rp24,489 trillion and equity of Rp16.919 trillion. Meanwhile, the position of cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period was Rp2.163 trillion.
