First Semester, Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Net Profit Rises to Rp14.83 Billion


PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk (IPCC) in the first semester of 2021 posted a profit for the year reaching Rp14.83 billion, compared to the same period in the previous year with a loss of Rp237.78 million.

Investor Relations of Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Reza Priyambada said the increase in loading and unloading service operations at IKT's Terminal is in line with the recovery of community mobility, which affects the increase in vehicle demand.

"Finally, the IPCC's financial performance was able to turnaround, experiencing an increase in performance in the first half of this year," in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday (3/8).

According to Reza, the company recorded an increase in operating income of Rp233.28 billion, up 32.79% compared to the same period last year.

This increase also occurred in the cost of revenue as much as 17.65%. However, IPCC recorded a gross profit that increased 74.67% from Rp46.64 billion to Rp81.46
