Jakarta - Plantation company PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS) is optimistic that the price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) until the end of this year tends to be stable.

"CPO prices are still at a high level and demand for SSMS CPO is still very good. Until the end of the year, CPO prices will be stable in line with the high demand for exports and growth in domestic consumption," said Corporate Secretary of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS) Swasti Kartikaningtyas, Thursday (16/9).

According to Swasti, the company strives for higher CPO sales volume this year than last year.

"We target this year's sales volume to increase by 10 to 15%. To achieve this target, SSMS maximizes sales by distributing most of its CPO to its subsidiary engaged in the refinery business, PT Citra Borneo Utama," he explained.
