PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA) plans to distribute cash dividends for the 2019 Fiscal Year.

Based on the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Tuesday (25/5), the issuer managing the Pizza Hut outlet decided to distribute cash dividends from retained earnings or unspecified retained earnings from the Company in the amount of Rp66 billion to the Company's shareholders. 

Shareholders have approved the decision at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which was held on May 20, 2021.

Referring to the annual financial statements and reports of independent auditors from the Company for the years ended December 31, 2020, and 2019, the financial data that underlies the distribution of cash dividends, the amount of retained earnings that have not been determined for use is Rp275.67 billion and total equity of Rp15 trillion.
