PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) increased its share ownership in cold storage company PT Mulia Bosco Logistik to 23.7% from 7.5% previously.

Quoting Saratoga's public expose on Monday (26/4), the increase in share ownership was carried out through the absorption of new shares (rights issue) issued by Mulia Bosco.

Currently, Mulia Bosco has started the process of constructing a new cold storage facility.

This step was taken following an increase in demand for pharmaceutical products, agricultural commodities, and consumer goods, accompanied by the rise of new MSMEs in the country.
