PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) has increased the share ownership portion in PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) to 2.523 billion shares, an equivalent of 56.55%.

Saratoga purchased 193,856 million MPMX shares on April 14, 2021, at Rp545 per share.

Before Saratoga realized the transaction, it controlled 2,330 billion shares, or 52.21% of MPMX shares.

"The purpose of the transaction is an investment," said Saratoga Corporate Secretary Juan Akbar Indraseno in the IDX disclosure on Thursday (15/4).
