PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF) has set a dividend distribution for the 2020 financial year of Rp 89.277 billion or Rp17.42 per share.

Meanwhile, the net profit obtained in 2020 reached Rp117,865 billion.

President Director of SAMF, Yahyah Taufik, said that the remaining net income for the financial year ending December 31, 2020, will be recorded as retained earnings.

"We will save the remaining net profit as retained earnings," said Yahya through a press release, on Monday (24/5).

Entering 2021, the company is optimistic that it will be able to boost revenue and net profit. He assessed that the increase in CPO prices and the increase in the company's production capacity are the company's strengths.

"Even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are optimistic that we will be able to increase income with these two factors," he explained.
