PT Sarana Multigriya Financial plans to disburse loans this year amounting to Rp16.19 trillion.

The 2020 annual report published Thursday (24/6) explained that the company projects asset securitization to reach Rp1 trillion and purchase of mortgage assets of Rp100 billion.

SMF also set a plan to issue bonds amounting to Rp9.3 trillion, operating income of Rp2.44 trillion, and net profit of Rp443 billion.

In 2020, new loan disbursements reached Rp6.41 trillion, with securitization issued at around Rp631 billion.

Meanwhile, the purchase of mortgage assets reached around Rp50 billion, with the issuance of debt securities during the past year reaching Rp8.44 trillion.

Thus, revenue and net profit achievement amounted to Rp2.34 trillion and Rp318.01 billion, respectively, last year.

SMF is the only secondary housing finance company in Indonesia so that SMF controls 100% of the secondary housing finance industry market.
