The business entity of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), PT Protelindo Telekomunikasi Indonesia, obtained a credit facility from MUFG Bank Ltd Jakarta branch amounting to US$34.8 million.

"The facility agreement was signed on July 14, 2021 between Protelindo and MUFG," said TOWR Corporate Secretary Irfan Ghazali in the IDX information disclosure, Monday (19/7).

According to Irfan, the facility agreement has a term of up to July 14, 2021.

"The purpose of the facility agreement is for the company's general purposes, including but not limited to refinancing," he explained.

This facility agreement also does not have a material impact on the company's operational activities, financial condition, or business continuity.
