Jakarta - PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), through its subsidiary, PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (BIT), has completed the purchase of fiber optic assets belonging to PT Alita Praya Mitra.

“The settlement of the transaction based on the sale and purchase binding agreement has been carried out through the signing of the asset sale and purchase deed no. 252 on September 30, 2022, said TOWR Corporate Secretary Monalisa Irawan quoted in the information disclosure, Monday (10/3).

He explained that the value of the sale and purchase transaction was Rp800 billion.

Previously, BIT and Alita had signed a binding agreement to sell and purchase fiber optic assets on August 4, 2022.
