Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) purchased 18% or the equivalent of 167.34 million shares of PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK).

"The purchase price per share is Rp1,720," said SAME President Director Jusup Halimi in the IDX's information disclosure on Tuesday (14/9).

Described, the purpose of the transaction is a long-term investment.

Thus, SAME controls 171.85 million shares or 18.49% from the previous 4.51 million shares or 0.49%.
