2022 Proposed State Budget Sees More Conservative

Jakarta - PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia assesses that the financial notes and financial points in the 2022 proposed state budget are more conservative than the 2021 state budget.

"This indicates that the government's preventive behavior will be tapering, accompanied by the possibility that the yield on government bonds will increase next year," said Samuel Sekuritas Senior Economics, Fikri Permana, quoted in the daily research edition of Samuel Sekuritas on Wednesday (18/8).

Fikri estimates that the yield on 10-year government bonds will move down but will be limited and in the range of 6.25-6.35% today.

Therefore, Samuel Sekuritas recommends the government bonds FR0086, FR0087, FR0090, FR0091, and FR0092.

Meanwhile, the main points of the 2022 proposed state budget are economic growth ranging from 5.0-5.5%, inflation 3.0%, the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar at 14,350, the yield of 10-year government bonds of 6.82%, I
