The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) decided to distribute dividends of Rp10 per share or a total of Rp32.7 billion.

"The company was able to record a 12% increase in revenue to US$490.84 million in 2020 compared to the previous year," said Samudera Indonesia President Director Bani Maulana Mulia on Friday (9/7).

The Samudera Shipping business line is the largest revenue contributor, contributing 72% of total revenue.

"We were able to go through the operational challenges of 2020 well. The company renovated several vessels and recorded a loss on the adjustment of the book value of the vessels.
