Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) is targeting to raise funds from additional capital without pre-emptive rights of Rp757.12 billion.

The company's prospectus published on Monday (25/10) said that SAME plans to offer a maximum of 1.71 billion shares with an exercise price of Rp442 per share.

Of the total funds to be received, about 95% for investment and 5% for working capital.

To realize the plan, SAME will hold an EGMS on October 26, 2021.

With this private placement plan, SAME's assets will increase to Rp3.88 trillion, liabilities around Rp1.34 trillion, and equity Rp2.53 trillion.
