Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) plans and is in the negotiation stage to purchase a majority or approximately 66% of the issued and fully paid shares in PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk.

"The purpose of this acquisition plan is to expand SAME's health care business activities in Indonesia," said SAME Corporate Secretary Rahmiyati Yahya in the IDX's information disclosure on Thursday (9/9).

According to him, this acquisition plan can expand SAME's business activities in the field of health services by building and managing hospitals in Indonesia.

"However, this acquisition plan can only be realized if some preliminary conditions must be met," he said.

PT Kedoya Adyaraya has business activities in the field of services and managing hospitals (RSGK).

Currently, SAME has no affiliation with PT Kedoya Adyaraya.
