Jakarta - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP) approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2020 financial year of Rp3 per share or a total of Rp46.50 billion.

"It is determined and distributed as dividends for the 2020 book of Rp3 per share, to be paid in accordance with the proposal and procedure for paying dividends," said management in information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (31/8).

Based on the announcement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the end of the trading period for shares with dividend rights (cum dividend) in the regular market and negotiations is scheduled for Friday, September 3, 2021.
