IDX Continues Monitoring NIPS, Changes Criteria


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange changed the criteria for security under special monitoring of PT Nipress Tbk (NIPS), effective on August 9, 2022.

Acting Head of IDX's Trading Operational and Regulatory Division, Mulyana, announced the move in information disclosure on Tuesday (8/9).

The bourse includes NIPS shares in criteria 7 and 8 from the previous 10. Criterion 7 has low liquidity, with the daily average transaction value of shares of less than Rp5 million and the average transaction volume of shares of less than 10,000 during the last six months in the regular market.

In Criterion 8, in the condition that a suspension of payment or bankruptcy is requested. Meanwhile, Criterion 10 is due to the temporary suspension of securities trading for more than one exchange day due to trading activities.

Currently, according to the Exchange, securities that are still under special monitoring are ABDA, AKKU, ANDI, ARGO, ARMY, ARTI, ASRM, BA
