JAKARTA - PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) states, has received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority OJK on the plan to increase capital through rights issue on December 14, 2021.

According to the brief prospectus released on Wednesday (15/12), Cum Rights in the regular and negotiated markets will be held on December 22, 2021, and the cash market on December 24, 2021, while the ex-rights issue in the regular and negotiated markets on December 23, 2021, and the cash market December 27, 2021.

Meanwhile, the rights trading period and the implementation of the rights issue are December 28, 2021-January 4, 2022.

According to the plan, BRMS will release 23,630 billion B series shares at a price of Rp70 per share.

Thus, the company is estimated to raise funds of Rp1.654 trillion.
