Jakarta - The Ministry of SOE officially launched Danareksa SOE Holding on Wednesday (7/20). This SOE consolidation resulted in assets totaling Rp49.1 trillion. 

The holding consists of PT Asset Management Company, PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara, PT Kawasan Industri Medan, PT Kawasan Industri Makassar, PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma, PT SIER, PT JIEP, PT Nindya Karya, PT Balai Pustaka, and PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia.

The SOE Ministry formed this holding based on PP No. 7 of 2022 regarding the addition of State Equity Participation to PT Danareksa (Persero). The inbreng deed was signed on June 24, 2022.

According to SOE Minister Erick Thohir, the initial formation of Danareksa SOE Holding was to assist the SOE Ministry in accelerating the transformation of SOE companies.
