Jakarta - President Director of PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM), Ray Antonio Gunara, bought 100,000 shares at a purchase price of Rp1,510 per share.

"The total transaction value is Rp151 million, and the purpose of the transaction is an investment," said Ray Gunara in the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (1/13).

Before the transaction, Ray Antonio owned 1.8 million company shares, or 0.013%. After the transaction, he now holds 1.9 million shares, or 0.014%.

The company just distributed an interim dividend for the 2022 financial year worth Rp1 trillion on January 3, equivalent to Rp75.10 per share.
