The company's disclosure of information published on Friday (11/19) stated that the implementation of additional capital without Pre-emptive Rights would be carried out at Rp200 per share.

The company will hold the private placement on November 26, 2021, and the announcement of the results of the private placement will be on November 30, 2021. On June 24, 2021, the company has held an EGMS.
