Jakarta - Purnomo Prawiro, the shareholder of PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD), has again purchased the company's shares in stages with a total of 5.09 million shares.

Based on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) information disclosure, Purnomo Prawiro bought BIRD's 5,099,500 shares. The purchase price of the shares varies from Rp. 1,150 to Rp1,200 and the total purchase value of BIRD shares is estimated at Rp6.08 billion.

"The purpose of investment transactions with direct ownership status," in his statement.

Meanwhile, after purchasing BIRD shares, Purnomo has held 259,640,400 shares or the equivalent of 10.37% BIRD shares.
