The property developer that also engages in the industrial estate sector, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), has prepared a land expansion strategy and increased digitalization of marketing to support financial performance growth.

Director of Puradelta Lestari, Hermawan Wijaya, said that the company would continue to expand the land in the same area to open up potential revenue and growth for the company in the future.

"The company also plans to add access to the Deltamas area in the southern part so that it can be integrated with the Japex Toll Road," he said on Wednesday (28/7).

According to Hermawan, Deltamas' dominant industry, namely automotive, is projected to continue to grow.

"The manufacturer will complement the three major car companies that have entered, such as Wuling, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki. Thus, in the future, Deltamas is projected to build half of the four-wheeled vehicles in Indonesia," he explained.
