Jakarta - PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset restructured PT Barata Indonesia through the Debt Payment Suspension scheme, which was marked by the homologation decision of the Surabaya District Court on December 6, 2021.

Based on the result of the homologation decision, Barata has the opportunity to postpone his obligation of Rp4 trillion so that the company's equity becomes positive Rp510 billion from the previous minus Rp181 billion.

According to PPA President Director Yadi Jaya Ruchandi, after the Debt Payment Suspension, PPA will return to Barata's main business focus, namely manufacturing.
