Jakarta - PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) received a credit facility from the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited worth US$60 million.

PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), Protelindo's parent company, acted as guarantors for the loan.

"This credit facility will be used to support Protelindo's general needs," said SUPR Corporate Secretary Ardityo Bud Susetiantmo in information disclosure in Jakarta on Friday (4/3).

Ardityo assessed that the company's guarantee provision structure allows Protelindo to obtain suitable financing terms and conditions. In addition, the provision of guarantees also has a positive impact on each company.

The value of this transaction is material because it represents around 48.24% of SUPR's equity, which was recorded at Rp1.86 trillion as of September 30, 2021.

Protelindo is a corporate entity with direct ownership of 99.96%,
