Jakarta - PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Danamon Tbk worth Rp1 trillion.

Protelindo's parent companies, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (TOWR) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), were guarantors for the loan.

"The signing of this term loan agreement will be carried out on March 21, 2022," said TOWR Corporate Secretary Irfan Ghazali in information disclosure on Thursday (3/24).

The company will use this credit facility to support Protelindo's general needs. Meanwhile, the loan tenor is 60 months from signing the credit agreement.

He assessed that the company's guarantee provision structure allows Protelindo to obtain suitable financing terms and conditions. In addition, the provision of guarantees also has a positive impact on each company.
