Jakarta - PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) subsidiary, PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) took over 90% of the shares owned by 14 companies in PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR).

The 14 companies are PT Kharisma Indah Ekaprima, Cahaya Anugerah Nusantara Holdings Limited, Pioneering Networks Investments, Fajarindo Nusantara Holdings, Uniperkasa Indonesia Investments, Nusantara Connectivity Ventures, Puncak Pratama Holdings Limited.

Furthermore, Clearwater Insight Investments, Grow Abadi Holdings Limited, Sentral Nusantara Holdings Limited, Great Archipelago Capital, Evergreen Digital Capital, and Towering Heights Investments Limited.

The planned share acquisition is carried out through a tender process, with Protelindo participating in the implementation.
