Brief of Company Background

Established on 14 December 1995 in Jakarta, the Company engages in plastic weaving industry and commenced its initial production of plastic bag in 1997 at Jl. Pahlawan, Cemengkalang, Sidoarjo, East Java. The Company listed and traded its shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange through Initial Public Offering (IPO) on March 5, 2008. In 2000, the Company developed the business by manufacturing laminated sacks which is the material of cement bag when coupled with kraft paper.In 2005, the Company started manufacturing cement bag through a mix of sandwich sheet and kraft paper which supplies almost every cement plant in Indonesia. At the end of 2008, the Company expanded the plants to increase production capacity by purchasing the land and building on Jalan Raya Tandes 208, Surabaya, East Java.In 2009, the Company launched new product: PP Woven Block Bottom Bag, a cement bag with only 1 ply plastic sack which is stronger and more economical.In attempt to expand market share and meet the relatively high demand on plastic bags in South Sulawesi, the Company opened a branch office in Makassar, Ujung Pandang, in 2010.Moreover, to meet the demands and market competition in 2012, the Company expanded the assets i.e. land and buildings, also added and/or upgraded the production machines, with a total investment of Rp60 billions. Along with the local and global economic fluctuations, the Company continuously seeks to respond every challenge and barrier. In addition, the Company continues to create breakthrough as a way to strengthen the business and grow in line with the development of production and market.
